Julia believes that the greatest impact is created when people come together with purpose.
Having called Thunder Bay home for many years, she has built her career around connecting people, ideas, and opportunities that strengthen community. A graduate of Confederation College with diplomas in Business Administration and Business Accounting, Julia has worked across the financial planning, transportation, industrial, and nonprofit sectors, developing a reputation for building authentic relationships and bringing people together around a shared vision.
Today, Julia serves as Development Officer at the Thunder Bay Art Gallery, where she helps connect donors, partners, and community members to a shared vision for the future. She is also the founder of Frequency Inspired Action, a platform rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins with intentional action, whether in our own lives or within our communities.
Julia is proud to serve on the Board of Our Kids Count because she believes every child and family deserves the opportunity to feel supported, connected, and empowered. She is inspired by the organization's commitment to building stronger families and healthier communities, and she is honoured to contribute to a mission that creates lasting impact for future generations.
